Family Vacation 2008 at Rosemary Beach, FL

Every year we go to the beach with the whole fam. We are always on the quest to find the "perfect" house. We got closer this year than ever. We could walk to starbucks (huge bonus!!), walk on the sidewalks that when on forever and eat a yummy breakfast at a cute little place. It was awesome!! We're so blessed to have a close family and I thank God for that. The little cousins all had a BLAST!

The kids hanging at the beach. There was SO much seaweed this time- it was yucky! There were also tons of jelly fish but we learned that the purple ones don't sting- who knew?? The kids loved to play with them. They collected a ton of them.

Here is G and P with the kids. Mom and the kids made these tye dyed shirts.

I just loved this pic of my girlie girls. They had these awesome fountains across the way from us and the kids loved to play in them. They were super cool!

Happy Birthday America!!

This is kind of a tradition to make this cake- it's the red, white and blue cake. M and I made it this year and it was YUMMY!

Watching Fireworks at Pinetree with our cousin E. So fun!! The fireworks were beautiful!! GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Hanging at the Pool! Summer 2008

Good Friends, The Pool and Red, White and Blue popsicles- who needs anything else??!!!

Happy Fathers Day Daddy!

The girls and I surprised T with chocolate chip pancakes this morning. Since he is not much of a breakfast kind of fella- we ate them for him. Aren't we nice? The girls also got him a crown to wear since he is the king of our castle- he was thrilled about that! We also got him a moutain dew because he always loves those. We got him tennis lessons with the pro at pinetree country club because he is into tennis now. We love our daddy! Happy Fathers Day T. Happy Fathers Day to all the awesome dads out there. We love ya!

M Jumping off the HIGH DIVE!

Here is little M jumping off the high dive. I don't know if you can tell by the video but this high dive is HIGH. She had just jumped off the little one the day before for the first time. I asked her if she wanted to jump off the big one (totally thinking NO WAY SHE'LL DO THIS!) and she said- sure and off she went. I was in shock but so proud. She's a good little swimmer.

"Jesus Loves Me"

This is a video of M singing at Young Life's family camp that we went to back in April. She was so scared but did it anyway. We, of course, we're just beaming with pride at our little goose. I can't figure out how to embed the video here, so just follow this link when you get a sec. Thanks!

First Family Trip to DISNEY... so fun!

This picture just cracked me up. On the way down to Orlando, I had stocked up on some "car surprises". Our first one was Mickey Mouse undies. M decided to put them on her head! What a goofball....

Here is the fam with pooh bear. The girls had a BALL spotting all their favorite characters and so did we- who am I kidding? I felt 10 years old!

They say that you'll see someone you know at Disney and whoever "they" is is right. This is a friend of mine from Samford, Rachel. For those of you know my friend Miriam (missionary) this is her sister. What a small world!

Here are our two little stars with the stars of the whole thing! Mickey and Minnie. We waited in line for like a hour for this one but it was worth it!

Here is M after her "bippity boppity boutique" experience. That was so cool! poor thing got sick from all the hairspray though and had to go home and take a nap :0)... They use A LOT of hairspray.....

Here they are with the star pricess... Cinderella. We ate Breakfast with Cinderella in her castle. That was probably the highlight of the whole trip. The girls were just in amazement....

Here we are in front of her castle. What a great trip! We have hundreds of other pictures but didn't want to bore anybody. We're so thankful that we had such a great time!

Cinderella brought the girls "personal" invitations to come to her castle for breakfast. This little clip is M (she already opened hers)- waking up S to show her. I just loved this.....
